Belvoir Lettings PLC has appointed Buchanan to handle communications for its flotation. The residential lettings company intends to raise approximately £6.0m - £8.0m via a placing of ordinary shares on AIM.

Belvoir is one of the UK’s largest specialist residential lettings businesses with 142 franchised offices operating across the UK and a Company owned office in Grantham. The fundraising will help the company expand across the UK to take advantage of the steady growth in the residential lettings market which is predicted to continue for many years.

The Buchanan team is being led by Partner Charles Ryland, supported by Suzanne Brocks and Catherine Breen.
