Buchanan is about the long term.

Many of our team have been here for over 20 years. We recruit graduates, train them and progressively build up their experience. This young talent is mixed with experience gained in corporate finance, accounting, journalism and in our specialist sectors. Together it creates a culture which is based on the client.
