The London Stock Exchange is one of the world's leading equity exchanges and a leading provider of services that facilitate the raising of capital and the trading of shares. The LSE is a highly international exchange with more than 579 companies from 65 countries admitted to trading.
 
The Buchanan Communications relationship commenced with the LSE in February 2003 when Buchanan was hired as IR technical expert for a three month secondment with the goal of developing an IR Solutions offering for issuers. This involved developing a market rationale for the offering as well as creating the products and educating the internal customer facing teams that would be selling the products. Buchanan has subsequently been re-hired on a project basis for various facilitation and support work with the IR Solutions team including:

• Jordan Capital Markets Day Event; feasibility study and ensuring quality institutional investor attendance, preparation and coaching for participating companies (presentations, websites), as well as facilitating the group investor meetings as well as one on ones, with follow-up investor feedback to the presenting companies, Amman Stock Exchange and the LSE.
• Development and creation of IR marketing materials for a best practice IR Web based reporting solution encompassing AIM 26 rules.
