Recently Buchanan advised on the US$1.8 billion acquisition of K&F Industries, a leading integrated supplier of original equipment and aftermarket parts and services for the global aerospace and defence industry. This particular transaction was structured to coincide with Meggitt's preliminary results announcement, thus creating a wider platform for management to communicate to a broader investor base.
