Uranium One is one of the largest uranium companies in the world, with current annual production of around two million pounds and reserves of over 100 million pounds of U₃O₈. The company, capitalised at £3bn and listed in Toronto and Johannesburg, was formed through the merger between UrAsia Energy and SXR Uranium One in May 2007. Buchanan is the principal communications adviser for Uranium One in the UK and European capital markets. Uranium One's shareholder list resides predominantly in Europe and subsequently will be listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
