Since joining Buchanan from journalism in 1985, Tim has advised on more than 60 IPOs, high-profile M&A deals, and has built a portfolio of retained clients. His experience covers a variety of sectors, countries and deal structures. He has also worked in the debt markets, although equities have demanded substantially more of his time. Tim has built a particular expertise in healthcare, but remains active in many other sectors including technology, support services and financial services.
