Lisa joined Buchanan in 1990 and has been involved with a diverse portfolio of clients from a variety of sectors but with a leaning towards emerging/high growth businesses. She has worked on more than 30 IPOs and a similar amount of secondary fundraisings during that time. Over the past ten years Lisa has been instrumental in developing the Buchanan life sciences portfolio from 'tracking plc', advising private healthcare companies prior to IPOs, to quoted companies - both in the UK and internationally.
