Richard joined Buchanan in 1985 as Finance Director from regional accountancy firm, Monahan & Co. He moved into financial public relations in 1993 and has substantial experience across a broad range of sectors including: retail, financial services, support services and technology. He has handled a significant number of M&A transactions in the UK and overseas  as well as IPOs and ongoing financial communications programmes for UK Full List, AIM and dual-listed companies.
