Diane Stewart heads up Buchanan's Scottish office. Diane joined Buchanan from Binns & Co PR, a City based financial PR agency where she was Client Development Director.  Prior to that Diane worked for a number of years in investment banking, working in the smaller company corporate finance dept of UBS (now UBS Warburg) and as a corporate finance director at Beeson Gregory (now Evolution Securities).  She also spent five years at the London Stock Exchange where she was a senior manager in the Equity Markets Group and latterly Head of Capital Markets.  Diane is a chartered accountant.
