Lisa has been at Buchanan since 1990 and has been involved with a diverse portfolio of clients from a variety of sectors but with a leaning towards emerging/high growth businesses. She has worked on more than 40 flotations and a similar amount of secondary fundraisings during that time. Over the past eight years Lisa has been instrumental in developing the Buchanan Life Sciences portfolio from 'tracking plc', advising private healthcare companies prior to flotation, to quoted companies such as ImmuPharma, Antisoma and Oxford BioMedica.
