Since joining Buchanan from Journalism in 1985, Tim has advised on more than 100 flotations, high-profile M&A deals and most importantly has built a portfolio of retained clients. His experience covers a variety of sectors, countries and deal structures. He has also worked in the debt markets, although the equities have demanded substantially more of his time. Tim has built an expertise in healthcare, but remains active in many other sectors including hi-technology, support services and financial services. BA (Hons) Economics.
