Richard has been involved in all aspects of financial communications from major cross-border contested transactions to IPO's. Bobby joined Buchanan in February 2001 and has built the Natural Resources practice from scratch over the past 8 years. He was previously at Merlin PR, a boutique financial PR agency, where he was a key director in building the business for over five years. Prior to Merlin, Bobby worked at Paribas Capital Markets (now BNP Paribas) on primary, privatisation and secondary equity and fixed income issues. His background includes investor relations with Georgeson & Co, and corporate finance at Beeson Gregory (now Evolution Group). Bobby has advised on over 30 IPOs during his career and has considerable experience in M&A transactions.

Since joining Buchanan from Journalism in 1985, Tim has advised on more than 100 flotations, high-profile M&A deals and most importantly has built a portfolio of retained clients. His experience covers a variety of sectors, countries and deal structures. He has also worked in the debt markets, although the equities have demanded substantially more of his time. Mark joined Buchanan from The Times newspaper, where he was a senior financial journalist writing business news, features and analysis. During more than 15 years in business journalism he worked for titles including; The Times, The Sunday Telegraph and Investors Chronicle. Mark has 17 years City PR experience, including flotations, rights issues, mergers & crisis management and general corporate promotion. As part of the BC management buy-out team in 1990 and subsequent sale of the business to WPP in 1997 he has helped develop Buchanan into the City’s leading financial PR consultancy for growth companies. Sector expertise includes media, leisure and technology. Mark is also the partner in charge of HR at Buchanan.

Golam joined Buchanan in 1993, and was appointed as Finance Director a year later. He has extensive experience in the Financial PR sector having worked for some of the major City of London Financial PR companies since 1980. Golam oversaw the sale of Buchanan to WPP in 1997.
